IConnectionKeyFallbacks.GetConnectionKeyFallbacks method

Gets the ordered fallback chain for a connection key, starting with the key itself followed by its declared fallbacks. This reflects only the declared ConnectionKeyFallbackAttribute values and does not check configuration.
