IUploadFileConstraints.AllowedExtensions property

Semicolon-separated list of allowed file extensions, like ".xlsx;.docx;.jpg" etc. If specified, only allow files with these extensions. This is currently only used by the upload behavior, the editor and temporary upload do not yet use this setting.
