ServiceResolver<TService> constructor
A generic version of IServiceProvider which resolves a service on demand.
public ServiceResolver(IServiceProviderAccessor serviceProviderAccessor)

| serviceProviderAccessor | Accessor for the service provider to resolve the service on demand. |
