parameter	description
name	The parameter name. Should start with @.

override ToString(…)	Converts the criteria to string.

exception	condition
ArgumentNullException	name is null or empty
ArgumentOutOfRangeException	name doesn't start with "@", or has nothing but whitespace after it.
