HumanizeSqlExceptionBehavior class

Implicit save/delete/undelete behavior that converts recognized database constraint violations (primary key, unique, foreign key, not null) into localized ValidationErrors using ISqlErrorExtractor and ToString instead of letting the raw provider exception surface as a server error.
