Parameter.CheckName method
Validates a parameter name, so that null, empty, "@"-only and whitespace-only names are rejected in one place. Used by this constructor and other parameter-name entry points (AddParam / SetParam / ParamCriteria).

Exceptions

| ArgumentNullException | name is null or empty. |
