Formats an SQL UPDATE statement.

parameter	description
tableName	Table name (required).
fieldExpressions	Field names and their value expressions.
where	WHERE clause (can be null).
dialect	Target dialect

Exceptions

exception	condition
ArgumentException	tableName is null or empty.
ArgumentNullException	fieldExpressions is null.
